Your right to speak up

RQ Living welcomes complaints and takes them seriously. Making a complaint will not affect the supports or services you

receive from us. You can make a complaint anonymously and you can have an advocate, family member, friend or other

support person assist you. We will respect your privacy and only share information where it is necessary to properly

manage the complaint or where we are required to do so by law.

If you are not satisfied with how we manage your complaint, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards

Commission.
